These Terms of Service apply when you play all VERYWELLAUTO games and this website. Please read them. They are short.
Agreement
By playing, you accept these terms. You also accept the rules of the platform you play on (YouTube, Reddit or TikTok). If you do not agree, please do not play.
Free to play
Our games are free to play and may show ads. Ads are shown by the platform.
Virtual items in our games (for example coins, stars or parts) have no real-money value. They cannot be sold or exchanged for money.
Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-commercial license to play our games. We can take this license back if you break these terms.
You must not:
- cheat, hack or use bots,
- copy, change or reverse engineer the game,
- harm, harass or cheat other players.
Our content
All game content — art, music, voices and code — belongs to Mokawill LLC.
All cars and car parts in our games are fictional and unbranded. Any likeness to real products is a coincidence.
No warranty
We provide our games “as is”. We do our best, but we do not promise that a game will always work, have no errors, or be available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mokawill LLC is not liable for indirect or unexpected damages, or for lost progress or lost virtual items, that come from playing our games.
Changes to the games
We may change, update or stop a game at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If the consumer law of your country gives you more rights, those rights still apply.
